To implement cost-effective, efficient and transparent procurement processes that ensures timeous availability Of quality goods and services
Functions
i) To procure and provide technical guidance on procurement of goods services construction works and methods to use.
ii) Oversee the prepare bidding documents bid notices and shortlists in compliance with the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act
iii) Manage bidding processes
iv. Manage post-qualification negotiations, contract awards, monitoring and pre-shipment inspection
v, Prepare monthly, half yearly and annual procurement reports for PRAZ
