Functions
i)Conduct human capital planning and resourcing
ii) Coordinate and monitor result-based personnel performance system and human capital development
iii) Manage employee relations behavioral alignment. wellness, health and safety prog rams
‘iv) Promote gender mainstreaming
v) Develop and review Change, Human Capital and Information Management processes and policies
